X-mas season…BLAH!
Well. Welcome to the blog of The Angry Engraver. Yeah, I own a trophy and engraving shop with my sister. I get angry some of the time. Go figure?
Well lets see. Got to deal with the usual clowns today. Everyone is in a rush. Well no s***, you want what tomorrow? I hate being rushed. I can do all kinds of work in a day, but I HATE BEING RUSHED. If people are nice, well that’s different. I understand that though.
Lets see…..today starts out with the phone ringing off the hook. We open at 9am. I’m usually there early, but the damn phone is ringing at 8:30… haha, I let it ring. I’ve got stuff to do. Anyway, it was rush rush rush all day. I have like 30 jobs to do, on top of all the other stuff that comes in. Doesnt anyone ever plan ahead anymore? I can do the work, but come on, give me a day or two. Geez!
I managed to get everything done though, but I’m sure tomorrow and the next couple days are gonna be nuts, plus we’re closed all next week so even worse.
